WSTC Cross Country 2011
Cross Country is ready to kick-off. We have heard from many of you that there is a strong interest in participating in organized club practice again this year.
A number of coaches will spearhead the coaching staff - coaches Scott Brown, Matt Veldey, Sara Larson, Phil Stover, and Craig Calhoun will be the mainstay of the coaching ranks. Several of the other coaches on the WSTC staff will fill in when necessary.
Practices will be held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings at either Valley Southwoods or Valley Southwoods Park. Practices will be 5:15 to 6:30. Remember to bring water. Practice Schedule
Welcome to Westside Track Club!
Westside Track Club is a Des Moines Metro based track club that has been in existence since 1980. It's members are made up of athletes from West Des Moines, Clive, Johnston, Des Moines, Urbandale, Waukee, and many other surrounding communities. The members range in age from 8-18. Practices are held at Valley High School from 5:45-7:00. Contact a board member or coach for more information.
